Which input making software can create internals?

Something, i.e., the internals, perhaps depending on human chemical attainments, are great for geometry optimizations or energy iterations. It seems although I had tried, I still raised the question, just like looking for a horse while sitting on one. GAMESS can provide various kinds of thes, and whiat you should do is simply choosing a word, etc.
