Which input making software can create internals?

Something, i.e., the internals, perhaps depending on human chemical attainments, are great for geometry optimizations or energy iterations. I wish to know which input making software can create internals of small molecules, which will signifcantly facilitate quantum chemical calculations. Very Best Regards! Thanks a lot.
