Hi,

I see that there is a new development version of NWChem that came out on June 17, 2013. Is there somewhere to see what has been updated or added? I know there is the "NWChem 6.4 User Documentation" but it is hard to tell if there is anything new.

Any news on the electron transfer module for DFT (task dft et)?
