cyclic constraints

I couldn't find any documentation on the cyclic constraints being used in one of the planewave examples. Can you point me to some documentation ?

Specifically I would like to know what the parameters after the cyclic keywords mean.

shake units angstroms 1 2 3 cyclic 1.0 1.632993125 1.0
