running nwchem on different networks (infiniband and our private interconnect)

hi, we have cluster in which half of the nodes have infniband as interconnect but rest half have our own developed interconnect. Now code will run in parallel either on ib or our own develoed interconnect. How to make it run on other interconnect using intel mpi on both kind of nodes. What about ARMCI_NETWORK and NWCHEM_TARGET o. s. rhel 5.2 nwchem version : 6.0

Ruchir, As far as I know, the GA/ARMCI communication libraries are not designed to work in a heterogeneous like the one you are describing. Anyhow, I think you would be getting a more knowledgeable answer from the the GA/ARMCI developers.
