RT-TDDFT excitation on fragments

Is it possible within RT-TDDFT to expose only a selection of a geometry to an excitation? For instance if I have a dimer loaded into my geometry, can I excite one of the monomers with an external field, but not the other, to monitor the dipole-induced energy transfer?
