Issue Comiling NWChem 6.8 on CentOS 7

I am attempting to compile NWChem 6.8 on a computing cluster by the following:

export PYTHONHOME=/usr

make nwchem_config NWCHEM_MODULES="all python"

make



I keep running into the following error when I run make:

Any ideas as to what is causing this problem and how to fix it?

Could you provide more details about your compilation environment?
For example: Linux distribution used, compiler, etc ...
