| I am currently using NWCHEM 6.6 version. My issue is that the output file is not generated during the run of calculation. Some calculations in my case have taken days and it is hard to make out whether to kill the job or let it progress. The other thing which I am facing is, the output file is not generated at all and the status of the job has changed to E in the pbs-queue. Since there is no log file, I cannot identify the error in the set up of calculation.
