ECCE does not start

Hello everyone

I want to run ECCE on my linux system. I have installed it successfully but when i open it, it gives the following error:


Unable to start application.
Please use ECCE Support tool to report this problem

I am using ubuntu 16.04 LTS 64 bit version and i downloaded full ECCE binary distribution file for it.
version is ECCE-v7.0

You'll need to compile it from source. The binary version hasn't worked for quite some time now, and they probably should remove it from their website.
