undefined symbol: dsyev

Hello.
After Compiling I tried to run nwchem with water as a test and after the detection of the c2v symmetry it came the following error:
symbol lookup error: ./nwchem: undefined symbol: dsyev_

Clicked A Few Times

I think it is a scalapack/BLAS error. Had one similiar to that, recompiled with unset SCALAPACK and internal blas=y and now it works.
