z-matrix definition in the segment file for md

I follow instruction of NWCHEM to introduce a z-matrix in the end of segment file in order to fix a bond length. Unfortunately I receive these problems;either "At line 192 of file pre_rdsgm.F" or " At line 360 of file pre_rdsgm.F". any help will be appreciated.
