Uploading sets error

Dear all,

I'm trying to upload a new basis set and I'm stuck at the reference part. I click next and it doesn't go to the next step nor gives me an error. Any solutions?

It's still happening. I've already tried in different computers and browsers. It's not an error. As I said, after putting on the references I click next and nothing happens, it loads the same "Reference" page. It does not go to the "Review" page nor it gives an error.
