Unable to upload basis set

I have tried uploading a basis set to EMSL Basis Set Exchange and it is not uploading. It will just look like the web browser is processing in the background for about 10 min, until I get impatient and stop it. I have gotten the same results on two different machines using Internet Explorer and Firefox.
Is there a problem or am I doing something wrong?

Problem solved, I realized it was not in Gaussian format.
