About Patching Nwchem-6.5

My OS is Ububtu 14.04 64bit My nwchem address is at "$NWCHEM_TOP//home/ariel/programs/nwchem" I want to apply the 6 patches files to the source code of Nwchem-6.5.revision26243-src.2014-09-10 and compress it again to preserve a patched source code... Someone could show me how to apply the patches? Thank you..
