TZP basis missing data

I checked the TZP basis library in BSE, it misses Mo and Co atom basis data. As for the corresponding ATZP basis library, it appears that everything is complete.

I have added the Mo and Co to the TZP basis set (it was very useful that the ATZP is complete).
