Hi folks, is public SVN access to the NWChem source available yet ?

There will not be public read/write access to the SVN repository itself. As an alternative to read access we will be making snapshots of the development tree available on a regular basis instead. if you are interested in contributing to the NWChem source, please contact the developers.
