I am trying to access the EMSL BSE website, and it appears there is a certificate issue. The error I receive is:
The website’s security certificate is not yet valid or has expired.
Error Code: DLG_FLAGS_SEC_CERT_DATE_INVALID
I can still access the website by bypassing the security prompts, although this is not possible in every browser (e.g. Google Chrome).
