NWCHEM6.8 Is Successfully Built on Ubuntu Linux 18.04

NWCHEM6.8 is successfully built on Ubuntu Linux 18.04 and GCC7.3.0, with Openmpi and Openblas. Can we use Intel MKL to work with NWCHEM6.8 instaed of Openblas?
