Need memory line
Your job is running out of (global) memory. Please add a memory line to the beginning of your input file, just after the start line. The following line would work `memory stack 1750 mb heap 100 mb global 2425 mb noverify` More details at https://github.com/nwchemgit/nwchem/wiki/Memory
