Did the calculation actually fail during the SCF procedure or did you run out of geometry optimization steps? If you ran out of geometry optimization steps, just add
driver
maxiter 200
end
to your input to increase the number of geometry optimization steps. If it failed during the SCF without using the 150 SCF steps that you specified in your input, then copy and paste the information from the output around the last SCF cycle, i.e. the bit that shows the energy and other convergence information per step but before the output of the orbital information.
