Error compiling mov2asc in opensuse

Have you compiled the NWChem program under /home/cerda/.soft/nwchem-6.6 ? The compilation of mov2asc relies on that. In other words, do you have any directory under the tree /home/cerda/.soft/nwchem-6.6/src/tools/install ?
