Could you please send me the output of the following commands

sudo ls -lrta /dev | grep shm



sudo ls -lrta /dev/shm/



sudo ls -lrta /dev/shm/cmx*

If you do not have sudo access, please try the following

ls -lrta /dev | grep shm



ls -lrta /dev/shm/



ls -lrta /dev/shm/cmx*
