Have you install the dev component (after the bin component) of the mingw32-gcc-fortran package? The following command should tell you if mingw32-gcc-fortran-dev is installed mingw-get list mingw32-gcc-fortran-dev If it is not installed, please ytry mingw-get install mingw32-gcc-fortran-dev
