NWchem6.6 on OpenSUSE compile fails: ld: cannot find -lga -larmci

We have just found the same problem on Open Suse Leap 42.
A patch is needed

gzip -d Tools_lib64.patch.gz
patch -p0 < Tools_lib64.patch
