Dimension msa too small

Simply increase msa in the md input block:

  msa <size>

I am running MD for a system with 9000 atoms (C, H) with 16 processors and 16GB memory. I got an error of " Dimension msa too small" I am wondering it is really because of shortage of memory, or I set anything wrong.
