If this is the case, what linux distribution are you using?
I am using Fedora 20.
And I am not being able to install openib in my computer, which may fix the error. However if I exclude the line export ARMCI_NETWORK=OPENIB then also I am getting caught in error.
I am not getting it on what to do with AMRCI_NETWORK in .bashrc of mine which might help installing Nwchem6.3 or 6.1.1.
