Continue calculations from last point

Hi everyone! I calculating dft properties and after 5 days my computer suddenly shutdown. Last string in my output file is d= 0,ls=0.5,diis 30 -2013.6806649625 -1.12D+03 6.86D-01 7.05D+03203413.8 . Can I continue calculation from last point of calculation?
