Compiling NWChem with ARMCI NETWORK=MPI-TS

Hi Tfjermestad, The are some inconsistencies in the use of hyphens or underscores in the ARMCI_NETWORK names. Could you try ARMCI_NETWORK=MPI_TS instead of MPI-TS, please? Best wishes, Huub
