Looking for help on electron transfer using CDFT

Dear all, I am quite new in NWChem. I have a quick question- I need to calculate reaction barrier for transferring one electron from C to O atom in a CO molecule. Is it possible to do these type of calculation in NWChem using constrained DFT scheme? I would highly appreciate any response. Thank you Mahbub
