NWChem-6.1 compatibillity with glibc-2.15

Suppose It's my mistake. On 32-bit machine with glibc-2.15 I don't have this issue. This issue is reproduced only on 64-bit system and doesn't depend on glibc version. But I have no idea how I should fix this problem. Thank you very much for quick response.
