NWChem 6.1 scalapack compilation fails (follow-up)

Thanks a lot for helping me out.
I did a "make realclean" as I recall, and just in case I misremembered, I untarred a fresh copy and tried again. The result was the same.
I will send you the log file out of band. I'm having some trouble interpreting the log but I think the BLASOPT variable is being misinterpreted and the scalapack library isn't found. I'll experiment a bit with the format of the variable I use and see if my luck turns better.
