First I would like to know if it is possible to set the phase of the electric field in the RT TDDFT block?
It appears to be a random number times the max value. The result is that the phase of the electric field for cw, gaussian or hann fields has a random initial value and this influences the load restart option since the subsequent electric field magnitude can have any value < max. It seems looking in the source code that it could be set to zero there. Is there a way to set it at runtime?
